Join me for online monthly yoga teacher study sessions on the following Sundays. The Level 1 group meets from 9-11am and the Level 2 group meets from 12pm-2pm (Pacific Time). Registration links are below. Recordings are provided.

The Level 1 group is for those interested in becoming a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT). The focus will be on the teaching skills, study and practice of the syllabus for the first level of Iyengar Yoga teacher certification. To register, click on the date for each individual session.
- Sundays 9-11am (PT – Time in California)
The Level 2 group is for CIYTs with a focus on refining teaching skills and the practice of the level 2 & 3 Iyengar Yoga teaching syllabi. To register, click on the date for each individual session.
- Sundays 12-2pm (PT)
