Join me for online monthly yoga teacher study sessions on the following Sundays. The Level 1 group meets from 9-11am and the Level 2 group meets from 12pm-2pm (Pacific Time). Recordings are provided to all registrants. Registration links are below.

Level 1 group:
For those interested in becoming a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT). The focus will be on the teaching skills, study and practice of the syllabus for the first level of Iyengar Yoga teacher certification. Recordings will be provided to all participants.
Level 2 group:
For CIYTs with a focus on refining teaching skills and the practice of the level 2 & 3 Iyengar Yoga teaching syllabi. To register, click on the date for each individual session.
