Join me for 4 in-person continuing education for teacher sessions at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Los Angeles on Saturdays March 29, April 12 & 19 from 11:45am-1:45pm.
I offer monthly online yoga teacher study sessions on the below Sundays. The Level 1 group meets from 9-11am and the Level 2 group meets from 12pm-2pm (Pacific Time). Recordings are provided to all registrants.

Level 1 group:
For those interested in becoming a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT). The focus will be on the teaching skills, study and practice of the syllabus for the first level of Iyengar Yoga teacher certification. Recordings will be provided to all participants.
Level 2 group:
For CIYTs with a focus on refining teaching skills and the practice of the level 2 & 3 Iyengar Yoga teaching syllabi. To register, click on the date for each individual session.
